Germany & EU
Deliveries are usually made within 3–8 working days from our European warehouses.
United Kingdom (UK)
Shipping takes approximately 4–10 business days. Depending on the destination country, import duties or customs fees may apply.
USA
Deliveries usually take place within 5-12 working days.
For certain items (e.g., custom-made or bulky products), delivery may take up to 3-4 weeks.
Express shipping with DHL or FedEx will be available soon.
Processing time
Orders will be processed and ready for shipment within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on:

Shipping via external warehouses (e.g. Amazon)
Some items are shipped via external logistics partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Shipment tracking
After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your delivery online.
International shipping
We deliver to numerous European countries, the UK and the USA.
Any import taxes or customs duties (e.g. for UK or non-EU countries) are to be borne by the recipient.
