Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days processed after receipt of payment.
4.2 Delivery times by region
- Germany & EU: usually 3–8 working days from European warehouses.
- United Kingdom (UK): approx. 4–10 working days; Import duties may apply.
- USA: usually 5–12 working days; for certain items (e.g. custom-made items/bulky goods) up to 3–4 weeks.
Express shipping (e.g. DHL/FedEx) can be selected during checkout if offered.
4.3 Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination, product and shipping method and are before completing the order displayed in the checkout.
4.4 External fulfillment warehouses
Some products are shipped via external logistics partners (e.g., Amazon). Packaging may be neutral; returns of such items may be processed via different addresses (see Returns).

5.1 Statutory right of withdrawal (EU/UK)
Consumers in the EU and in United Kingdom have the right to place orders within 14 days after receipt without giving reasons.

5.2 Voluntary Return Policy (worldwide)
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, we accept returns within 30 days after receipt, provided the items unused, undamaged and in Original packaging are.
For USA and other non-EU countries, returns are possible; the process and return costs may vary depending on the country.
5.3 Defects/Misdeliveries/Loss (worldwide)
In case of damaged goods, incorrect delivery or loss (confirmed by shipping service) please contact us within 14 days upon delivery/notice. After inspection, we offer replacement, repair, or refund.
5.4 Return costs
- Revocation (EU/UK): Return costs are generally borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
- Defect/incorrect delivery/loss: We cover return shipping costs.
- USA/other countries outside EU/UK: Costs and process are case-related If a fault/defect is proven, we will cover the costs in whole or in part.
5.5 Reimbursement
Refunds will be made after receipt and inspection of the goods within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5.6 Return process

We are fully liable for intentional acts and gross negligence, as well as for personal injuries.
In case of simple negligence we are only liable for the injury essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
