Order

To place an order, browse our selection of yoga mats and accessories, add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, then confirm your order.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at customer@matvana.comWe will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed.

Shipment

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Standard shipping takes 2-3 business days. Expedited Shipping is available on select products and takes 2-3 business days. Shipping costs for the expedited options are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

We offer a range of yoga mats made from eco-friendly materials. While not all of our mats are eco-friendly, we place a strong emphasis on sustainable materials and ethical manufacturing practices in those that are.

To clean your yoga mat, wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using harsh chemicals or soaking the mat. Allow it to air dry completely before rolling it up.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Contact us at customer@matvana.comto initiate a return.

To return an item, please email us at customer@matvana.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Account and Payment

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account will allow you to track your orders, save your shipping information, and enjoy a faster checkout process for future purchases.
